Our society is sick ... because it is untruthful. Something untruthful cannot survive. Nature doesn’t allow it, because nature is pure truthfulness. In order to have a future, we must see this and then take the steps to change. In the following, I show how this transition can succeed.
„Imagine a community in which everyone does what truly fulfills them. One person is a farmer, because he finds fulfillment working in the barn and in the fields. Another is a car mechanic, because he finds fulfillment in repairing cars. And so on. The farmer harvests more than he and his family can eat, so he gives the surplus to the community. If someone has problems with their car, they take it to the mechanic, who enjoys repairing it. Everyone gives and takes according to their talents and possibilities; everyone gives their best; everyone has a fulfilled life; everyone is in the flow – and the community thrives. It’s like nature.“
(from „Bartering = Deceiving“ by Bernhard Kutzler)
A truthful community comprises truthful people. Truthful people fulfill their purposes as part of the whole. As a result, they experience bliss, which is why they don’t need payment for what they do. They act out of pure joy. That is why there is no bartering in such a community – and no money.
If someone is a born artist, he experiences the highest fulfillment through the creation of art. If someone enjoys his art, that’s nice ... but the genuine artist doesn’t need applause; he is only interested in creating. The same applies to a born researcher; he experiences the highest fulfillment through research and experiences bliss in gaining insights. But not everyone can fulfill their purpose alone. A born teacher, for example, needs people he can teach.
A truthful society is like a biotope. In a biotope, there are many life forms that depend on each other in a variety of ways and are in balance. Therefore, in a truthful society, there are artists, researchers, teachers, students, healers, patients, and many others. Together, they form a healthy balance in which the community thrives.
In nature, there are many partially nested communities; eg males and females with offspring; herds of animals; biotopes; etc; the largest natural community is the planet’s biosphere. A human also belongs to several, partly nested communities: a partnership, a family, friendships, an association, a local community, a country, the whole of humankind; and we are also part of the planet’s biosphere.
In nature, all communities are truthful. Most human communities are untruthful ... because almost all humans act untruthfully. Humans are the only species on this planet that can – and usually do this. I explain this in my article “This is the Difference Between Humans and Animals.”
A human community can be untruthful for two reasons:
The members of the community do not fit together.
The members of the community fit together, but they act untruthfully.
People act untruthfully, both consciously and unconsciously. Consciously acting untruthfully is lying; unconsciously acting untruthfully arises from programs. Considering that people are over 99% controlled by programs, it is no wonder there is almost only untruthfulness among people. I discuss the programs that control us in my article “Why the Question ‘What Am I?’ is Important and Magical.”
How can we become a truthful society? For an answer, we must first understand how we can recognize such a society. I see four criteria:
Truthfulness: everyone is truthful;
Purpose in life: everyone fulfills their purpose in life – and thus their purpose as part of the community;
Caring: people support each other;
No bartering – and, therefore, no money.
Truthfulness is the basis; everything else arises from it. But since you cannot see truthfulness from the outside, we need the other criteria as recognition features.
Our society “functions” mainly through bartering. This shows how untruthful it is. In my article “Bartering = Deceiving,” I describe how bartering came about and how it has become increasingly untruthful.
The transformation to a truthful society cannot be ordered “from above.” If, for example, money was abolished, wages would no longer be paid and people would no longer have to pay for goods and services. But that would cause our system to collapse within days. The Austrian actor Roland Düringer once asked his audience: “Who would work what they work even if they weren’t paid for it?” Of the 600 people present, two came forward. If money was abolished, over 99% of people would stop working. Soon, there would be hardly any products and services available anymore.
Caring within a community is natural. In a herd of animals, for example, the strong support the weak, ie the children, the old, and the sick. In a human herd based on bartering, many of the weak perish because they cannot afford the help of the strong. Socialism orders care “from above.” But because of the untruthfulness of the people, it doesn’t work. Many interpret this as a reward for being weak, which is why many weak people become lazy in a socialist society; they rely on the support and no longer exert themselves. And some strong people become lazy because they don’t see why they should support lazy people. Socialism promotes laziness.
Laziness is untruthful and does not occur in nature. In nature, even the weakest constantly exert themselves in order to become stronger. If the weak gain the upper hand in a herd, the entire herd perishes; this is natural selection. Since the weak inevitably get the upper hand in a socialist system, every socialist community perishes eventually. You need only look at history.
The seed for a truthful society is you.
„If you want to make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and make a change.”
(Michael Jackson in ‚Man in the Mirror‘)
The transformation of society starts with you becoming truthful. To do this, you must free yourself from your programs, because they generate over 99% of your actions and thinking – and most of it is untruthful. I explain how you can free yourself in my article “How to Become What You Truly Are in 7 Steps.”
The more programs you free yourself from, the more obvious your purpose becomes as part of the whole and how you can experience ultimate fulfilment. Intuition plays a central role in this. Read more in my articles “How to Find Your Purpose in Life” and “Intuition is Much More Than Just a Sixth Sense.”
But this step alone is not enough. Your truthfulness includes inspiring others so that they, too, become seeds of truthfulness. Your truthfulness must be contagious. To do this, you must meet other people truthfully. This is your second contribution.
This does not mean that you should stop selling or exchanging your products or services. That’s not possible in the existing system, because you have to cover your living costs. Nor does it mean that you should take care of everyone. You don’t need to become a Samaritan or a Mother Teresa. It’s about growing your seed of truthfulness. You do this by welcoming other people into it.
Start with people who are close to you and with whom you don’t barter; these are probably your partner, your parents, your children, and perhaps very close friends. However, there are also hidden barters; in a partnership, for example, love could be traded for financial security; or sex for social status; or two people are only together because neither of them wants to be alone and they pay each other with companionship. Maybe a grandmother only gives presents to receive affection in return. Such barters are not wrong; they are untruthful – and if you want to be truthful, you must recognize and stop them. This can be tedious. But to be truthful, you must free yourself from all illusions.
Those people remain, with whom you don’t do any bartering. Be a role model and an inspiration to them. Be unconditionally honest and support them; help them become stronger; help them grow ... and watch what happens. Are they also unconditionally honest with you? Do they also support you? Are they also helping you to become stronger? It’s not about you getting back immediately or equally; as soon as you pay attention to these criteria, you are back in the mindset of untruthful bartering. If your truthfulness is reciprocated, continue. If not, stop.
Supporting each other without bartering is the essence of true love. In this sense, it goes far beyond the romantic love between two people. It is the basis of all truthful cooperation. I discuss this in my articles “What is Love – and Why Do We Need It?” and “To Survive as a Species, We MUST Work Together.”
Your third contribution to the transformation of humankind is the ‘we’ mindset. It’s your awareness of being part of communities and contributing to their thriving. This applies to your partnership and friendships and all other communities to which you belong, including nature.
This contribution is just as important as the other two, because mindsets are “contagious.” This statement may surprise you. I provide the reasoning in my article “How Your Thoughts Affect Matter.”
You transform humankind by making three contributions:
Truthfulness.
Extending your truthfulness.
‘We’ Mindset.
The more people do this, the faster we will become a truthful society. Even if the seeds of truthfulness are small at first compared to global untruthfulness, they are much stronger and will prevail ... just as a few fires in a forest can set the entire forest on fire. Truthfulness always triumphs over untruthfulness.
„Lies run sprints - but the truth runs marathons.“
(Michael Jackson)
Finally, let’s think big: how could a truthful community of, say, 1 million people be organized ... ie in terms of family, schools, media, health, etc? Aldous Huxley provides an answer in his novel “Island.” In it, he describes the life of the people on the island of Pala. The text is inspiring and can help you align your inner compass with truthfulness.

Agree 👍👍
You are awesome as always (I repeat myself).
We need the development of consciousness to be and live in truth.
No one can do that work for us. We have to do it ourselves, and as you said brilliantly, then we should spread it around us.
In one part I have a slightly different opinion than you. Please don't misunderstand me as promoting socialism. I don't think socialism promotes laziness. I agree that it looks that way.
I grew up in socialist Yugoslavia. I witnessed how for decades people willingly and joyfully go to "working actions." This meant working for free to build infrastructure (roads, railways, etc.) They worked for free because they were motivated. The motive was the vision given to them by the then-president Tito. After his death - the vision, and motivation disappeared and everything fell apart. In this case, the socialist order fell apart because there was no longer a vision. Therefore, people's consciousness was not at a high enough level to sustain the vision. They didn't suddenly become lazy. Clear vision is the strongest motivation.
You are right, the key is to develop consciousness. Thank you!
