Interesting read. My experience is that thoughts become less and less the more you work through your trauma and issues.

I believe thoughts are arising when we can’t fully make sense of a situation by “feeling” / “awareness” as oneness. If you are in this state of oneness with your environment no thoughts arise. Why would you need to think when you see everything as love and the meaning behind everything.

Since 2014, I perform self-exploration "full time" - I describe this in my article "Why I Socially Isolated Myself for 3.5 Years - and What Came Out of It" (https://open.substack.com/pub/bernhardexplores/p/why-i-socially-isolated-myself-for?r=3oqs68&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web). Observing my thoughts is part of it. I describe the role of thoughts in my article "How to Become What You Truly Are in 7 Steps" (https://open.substack.com/pub/bernhardexplores/p/how-to-become-what-you-truly-are?r=3oqs68&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web).

Please give some more details. I have come to know ONEness for 2 decades and have moved beyond trauma, yet thought 💭 of my body needs and signals I want to express to others have continued. Thoughts of appreciation for the beauty of nature or thought of distrust of a person or animal 🦓 or situation.

What do you mean by "more details?"

There is no ONEness in EL ... because "one" is a duality; in order to count to "one", you need something distinguishable ... then you have "the one" and what is not "the one" ... so have two. This corresponds to how mathematicians construct the natural numbers 1, 2, 3, ... just from the empty set (which is the same as 'nothing').

Maybe my new article “How Your Thoughts Affect Matter” is what you are looking for:

I was responding to PlaCZebo use of the word oneness. And wondered what he meant by “ If you are in this state of oneness with your environment no thoughts arise.”

What word do you use for everything being connected. Doesn’t entanglement imply duality?

Firstly, why and how would the word entanglement imply duality?

Secondly, the trouble is, that words are per se kind of dual. Therefore, ultimately, EL cannot be desribed in words. Every description is not 100% right. EL is "nothingness" - in the sense of "no thing"-ness. You may have heard that God has no name because every name would be inappropriate; it's like counting to one, which is one and not the one. If you use the word God, you distinguish between God and not God. So probably "All-ness" may be the most appropriate alternative to "EL".

2nd ALL-ness it is 😉!

.

1st “When two particles, such as a pair of photons or electrons, become entangled, they remain connected even when separated by vast distances. In the same way that a ballet or tango emerges from individual dancers, entanglement arises from the connection between particles. It is what scientists call an emergent property.“

I am NOT using the word entanglement how it is used in quantum physics. Throughout my research, I use terms based on the original, etymological meaning.

The root of the word 'entangled' is the Proto-Germanic word *thangul-, which means "seaweed". You may have seen areas of water covered with seaweed ... a nightmare for motorboats ... seaweed is not connecting two objects; it's like a carpet ... like the cloth that is woven corresponding to the picture that I suggest in my article “Everything Is Connected to Everything Else”:

https://open.substack.com/pub/bernhardexplores/p/everything-is-connected-to-everything?r=3oqs68&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web

That's why I said that you should consult my book on consciousness for the best derivation and description of EL. I mention the seaweed origin there ... ;)

So, if you really want to dive deeper, read my book. I will not repeat everything here ...

“From the EL perspective, you are awareness driving a body.

Your brain receives thoughts and other knowings. It’s a receiver, not a transmitter. This perspective offers explanations for all known phenomena and elegantly combines science and spirituality.”

YOU MENTIONED THINKING OF A FLOWER AND YOUR CACTUS RECEIVED THAT THOUGHT TO PRODUCE A FLOWER 🌸 for you twice. Was your thought 💭 of a flower TRANSMITTED to the cactus 🌵??

No. Transmission is a travelling from A to B. Transmission is a term to be used in the physical world of separateness, not in EL. EL has no physics; so there is no travelling, hence to transmission.

Ok. We transmit in physical world of separateness. Yet, how do thoughts 💭 get sent from no physics?

Thoughts are not sent. Thoughts ARE. I suggest you meditate about EL. Read my articles that mention EL - or read my book "Conscousness - Its Nature, Purpose, and How to Use It" (https://bernhardkutzler.com/books/), in which you find the most rigorous deduction and description of EL.

Do the thoughts that are over ride freewill?

No. Some yes, most not. Read my research ... I will not answer questions that I answer in my articles or books. I invest weeks in every article, and more than two years in writing the book. If you want to dive deep, read.

I answer the above question, for example, in today's article “How Your Thoughts Affect Matter”:
